UPDATE: Just had the most wonderful interaction with Emma. I called to ask about my bill. And she was not only extremely thorough, helpful, but extremely friendly! She gave me personal examples on questions I had. Answered every question I had very thoroughly. And like I said, was so extremely friendly and wonderful and easy to talk to! She really went above and beyond on just a simple conversation that led me to all kinds of different examples on how to lower my bill. She was absolutely wonderful to work with today! Next time I call, I’ll definitely be asking for Miss Emma!"
